1- Q : When sending my music thru internet, is confidentiality respected ?
A: We offer you the possibility to encrypt your music files with a 256 bits algorythm if you wish.
(an encryption software is provided before uploading your files)
2- Q : Is it secure to pay with a credit card on the web ?
A: The PAYPAL bank services safely handles your payment. You can either pay with a credit card via Paypal or with your paypal account. Further informations can be found on Paypal.com
3 - Q : How can I get a free mastering test ?
A : Use the form on page bottom to ask for a free test (specify if possible your Myspace or webpage)
4- Q : How long does it takes to process my music files ?
A: Usually 3 to 5 working days for single tracks (mastered tracks are re-listened the day after processing
to ensure maximum accuracy) and 3 to 7 working days for a whole album.
5- Q : Which music style can you process?
R : We are able to master almost any kind of music, from jazz to soul, rap, house, classical, pop, funk, rock as well as world music. We don't process extreme sound like trash metal or drum&bass as it requires very specific competencies.
6- Q : Do you implement "red book" specifications for CD glass master ?
A : Yes, it is we can send you a master cd if you wish. You can otherwise burn your own master cd.
7- Q : Do you use analog devices to process music tracks ?
A : We use high quality plugins selected after years of testing. These softwares allow specific task nearly
impossible to achieve with analog devices (optoelectric compression remanence, transcient release, A/B
testing and total recall to re-edit a track afterwards) Needless to say , these softwares were chosen
for their warm and musical sound. On the other hand we use excellent analogic monitoring system.
8- Q : Which sort of internet connexion do I need to send and receive music files ?
A : A 10 Mbits connexion should be fine. Keep in mind that uploading (when you send files) is much
slower than downloading. To test your connexion upload abilities, we suggest you to send (someone)
a big file using " Yousendit.com " services for exemple. Sending big files from your personal mail box
(yahoo, google ...) is not an accurate test as email providers are usually extremelly slow.
